Since 1995, I've actively participated in over 1,500+ Real Estate Owned (REO) transactions, effectively streamlining the foreclosure process for clients throughout Southern California.  Notably, I earned national recognition in 2017 and 2018 as the recipient of the Best Curb Appeal and Repair Transformation award within the Fannie Mae REO Broker network for my proactive efforts in renovating their REO Assets. Furthermore, as of 2021, I was entrusted to listing U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) properties and HECM Listings throughout Southern California.

 

A career milestone for me was achieving national recognition as the #9 Real Estate Professional in the Nation among a pool of 122,000 Real Estate Agents in 2012. I held the #1 ranking for 2010, 2011, and 2012 in the Coastal Valley | Inland Region within the CENTURY 21 System. Additionally, I garnered recognition in the Wall Street Journal, where I was ranked #115 among all Licensed Real Estate Practitioners in the Nation in 2012.
